How do I resolve SSH Jump Host timeouts?
Ensure your private key has chmod 600 permissions. If your bastion requires multi-factor authentication, SQLOZ integrates natively with the macOS SSH Agent.
Where are my database credentials stored?
All passwords and SSH keys are stored exclusively inside the encrypted macOS Keychain. They never touch our servers and zero telemetry is collected.
Can I use ozAI™ offline without cloud API keys?
Yes. SQLOZ supports local Ollama models (such as llama3 or qwen2.5-coder) running at http://localhost:11434 with zero data leaving your machine.
How does multi-device licensing work?
Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID. Sign into the Mac App Store on any Mac you own and your Pro license activates automatically.
